Refund policy

The SDP is a custom brand designing service that caters to our customers. All services require a retainer payment prior to beginning the work. Once the retainer is received and the project begins, customers are not eligible for refunds due to the work involved in each project offered.

Customers are able to begin a project and terminate the project without being liable for the remaining balance due as long as the project is terminated within 5 business days of booking, and more than 50% of the work has not yet been completed for the project.

Termination of a project prohibits the client from utilizing any information, design, or integrity provided by the SDP Business Studio as part of this project unless the SDP Business Studio is compensated for those services outside of the original contract that is being terminated.

To start an early termination of your contract, you can contact us at info@ShieldsDesignsandPrints.com. If your termination is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and be released from the contract immediately.
